Information Security Policy
Legal Agent Inc. (the "Company") protects its information assets and the information assets entrusted to it by customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime. To meet the trust of customers and society, the Company works on information security company-wide based on the following policy.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company will, under management leadership, strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner.
2. Internal System Development
The Company will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security and will define information security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
Employees of the Company will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and will make their information security initiatives reliable.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security and will meet customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
If a violation of laws or contracts related to information security, or an information security incident, occurs, the Company will respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
