Compensation
JPY 1,000,000 per month+ incentive
The incentive is calculated each month using fees received, excluding consumption tax: 60% for firm-sourced matters and 70% for matters you bring in yourself. If the combined amount exceeds JPY 1,000,000, the excess is paid as an incentive.
Example If the month's receipts consist only of JPY 2,000,000 in fees from firm-sourced matters, excluding consumption tax, 60% is JPY 1,200,000. The JPY 200,000 above the monthly base of JPY 1,000,000 is paid as an incentive, bringing your total compensation for that month to JPY 1,200,000.
Requirements
At least three years of corporate legal experience. M&A experience is welcome.

Generative AI skills
It does not matter whether you can use it today. We will teach you everything.

Noriaki Asato, Representative Attorney
After working at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and AZX Professionals Group, I founded LegalAgent in 2024. The first time I seriously worked with generative AI, I became convinced that legal work was about to change at its root.
LegalAgent is not a firm that added AI afterwards as an efficiency tool. As an AI Native Law Firm, we have designed how we work, how our team is organized, and how we deliver value to clients, all with AI as the premise. It is an entirely new kind of law firm. To deliver the best legal services to clients with a small number of attorneys: that is LegalAgent's mission.
We are not a finished organization. That is exactly why experienced attorneys can shape the firm with their own hands. I would like to ride this big wave together with people who bring real energy and act for their clients.
